Hegang boosts scrap use, cuts raw material inventories
A Hegang offical recently revealed some details about raw materials inventory and usage at the listed company in 2017 to a Guosen Securities ground investigation in late July. So far this year the company has been sharply incereasing its scrap usage, while minimising its inventories of other raw materials.
