Hegang Xuangang details post-relocation steel capacity
Xuanhua Iron and Steel (Xuangang), a Hebei Iron & Steel Group (Hegang) subsidiary, plans to have 7 million tonnes/year of steel products capacity after its relocation, according to Hegang's listed arm. Xuangang has continued to shut down its existing equipment including a 1,800 cubic metre blast furnace and 120-t converter since late 2016, but the relocation work has not yet been started.
