Heggang, Pangang release flats offers for August
Northern China's Hebei Iron & Steel (Hegang) and southern China's Panzhihua Iron & Steel (Pangang) have announced their August offers for flat products. The two steelmakers kept their flat product offers unchanged, consistent with major Chinese flats producers, Kallanish notes.
