Henan to enforce discriminate electricity and water prices
According to a notice issued on 1 July, the Henan Provincial Government will enforce discriminate electricity and water prices on steel and cement companies in the province to improve air quality, Kallanish notes. The new charging scheme will be implemented from 1 August.
