Hesteel eyes Eastern European flat steel consolidation: Vigano
Hesteel (Hegang), the Chinese steelmaker, could drive further consolidation in the Eastern European steel sector, with the potential acquisition of US Steel Kosice (USSK) in the Czech Republic and Dunaferr in Hungary.
