Newly formed scrap recycler and bar producer Highbar has commissioned SMS Group to build its first rebar minimill in northeast Arkansas.
According to a recent update, the mill will be built near Osceola, Arkansas. The company is also exploring options with SMS Group for the construction of two additional minimills, with Highbar currently in the site selection process.
