Hoa Sen gives up Ca Na Steel project
Vietnamese steelmaker Hoa Sen Group (HSG) is looking for a new investor to take over the incomplete Ca Na steel complex project in the south-central coastal province of Ninh Thuan. The transfer price would be not less than the investment the group has made into the project.
