HRC sellers retreat from GCC market

Regular imported hot rolled coil suppliers to the Gulf Cooperation Council market, Japanese and Indian mills, are refraining from giving offers to buyers' enquiries as the European market is inducing more interest. This is being prompted by the euro’s appreciation against the dollar.
