Hyundai Steel faces possible punishment over worker fatality
An accident has killed a regular employee at Hyundai Steel’s steelworks in Dangjin, South Chungcheong Province, which could result in the company being the first to be punished under South Korea’s Serious Accident Punishment Act that came into force on 27 January, Kallanish notes.
