Hyundai Steel reports 2020 loss, foresees sales decline

Hyundai Steel says its sales may decline by 330,000 tonnes on-year in 2021 to 19.344 million tonnes. The firm sees global steel demand at 1.795 billion tonnes due to a recovery in economic activity globally. This will include 364mt from advanced countries and 1.432 billion t from emerging countries, of which 980mt are from China.
