India to impose high-speed steel anti-dumping duties
India is likely to impose $1,902.34-3,263.68/tonne anti-dumping duties for a period of five years on imports from Brazil, China and Germany of non-cobalt grade high-speed steel, Kallanish notes.
This follows a recommendation by the Directorate General Trade Remedies (DGTR) whose investigation, begun in August 2018 after a request from Graphite India, found dumping was occurring.
