India levies China stainless seamless tube, pipe duties
India has implemented anti-dumping duties on stainless steel seamless tube and pipe imports originating in China. This decision follows the DGTR recommendation to impose duties equal to the lesser margin of dumping and the margin of injury, to remove injury to the domestic industry.
