Indian automotive production increases, demand uptick anticipated
Indian automotive output increased 5% on-year to 2,385,901 units in August, compared to 2,275,407 units produced last year, reports the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). Output includes passenger vehicles (PV), commercial vehicles, three-wheelers, two-wheelers, and quadricycles.
