Indian contractors eye annual steel contracts amid costs
Indian engineering procurement & construction (EPC) companies are worried on account of a rise in steel and cement prices. The companies have started working on fixed-price annual contracts with large domestic steel manufacturers to manage the uncertainty better and became more agile with their commodity hedging strategies, says rating agency India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra).
