Indian imported scrap offers continue to fall
Fiscal-year-end-induced muted steel sentiment in India and falling Turkish booking prices have slashed Indian scrap buyers’ bids, which finally pushed sellers to drop their offers to India.
Very limited bookings were thus done in India, and a majority of the market anticipates this downtrend will take scrap prices to further lows in the coming days, sources tell Kallanish.
