Indian scrap improves following domestic, global sentiment uptick
Amid a surge in Turkish scrap booking prices, coupled with the improving Indian domestic market, Indian buyers have scaled up their imported scrap bookings this week.
Many buyers were waiting for the market to bottom and, as a result, scrap trade was down during the last few weeks. As the market started moving northward, Indian buyers ramped up their bookings, sources tell Kallanish.
