Interpipe takes control of joint venture with Vallourec
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has authorised Interpipe to buy out a stake in a joint venture with French tubemaker Vallourec that produces steel pipe for the European market, Kallanish notes.
“Permission was given to Interpipe to acquire shares in Vallourec Niko Tube Holding GmbH, which provides an excess of 50% of the votes in the company's supreme management body,” AMCU says.
