Iranian billet buyers wait for ESCO billet tender
Iranian billet producers have postponed their billet tender closing dates multiple times over the last three weeks. Next week, the country's sole blast furnace-route steel producer will finalise its billet tender for 30,000 tonnes, guiding the Iranian billet export market. All domestic billet makers are thus advising buyers to wait till 10 January, Kallanish learns.
