Iranian billet tenders seen finalising at previous levels
Iran’s blast furnace-route Esfahan Steel Company and electric arc furnace-based Khorasan Steel have launched billet tenders for September readiness each for 25,000-30,000 tonnes. These are to be finalised on 7 July and 9 July, respectively. Previous tender contracts were signed off at around $490/tonne fob Iran, Kallanish notes.
