Italian authorities confirm Ilva tender validity, deadline approaches
Italian law authorities have given a positive judgement this week with regard to the validity of last year's tender by means of which ArcelorMittal was awarded permission to acquire the troubled steelmaker. The review of the process was earlier requested by the Italian Minister for economic development to understand if there were any grounds to revoke the existing contract.
