Italian billet prices flatten
Italian billet prices are stable month-on-month. However, export prices are seen declining in line with lower international prices, sources in the sector tell Kallanish.
Prices for domestic material remain at €400/tonne ($454/t) delivered or €390-395/t ex-works, in line with May. There are little or no export sales of Italian material because prices are considered too high by buyers in the Mediterranean area.
