Italian billet import prices fall
Offer prices for imported billet from the Black Sea region are decreasing month-on-month for both Italy and the Mediterranean area by $20-25/tonne (€17.4-21.8/t). This is in line with lower cost of scrap in Turkey, Italy and Spain compared to June and July Kallanish notes.
