Imported billet prices fall again in Italy
Offer prices for imported billet from the Black Sea region are continuing the descending curve this month for both Italy and the Mediterranean area. They are decreasing month-on-month by a further $20/tonne in line with lower cost of scrap in Turkey, Italy and Spain compared to August, Kallanish notes.
