Italian crude steel output continues to decline

After declining in the first quarter, Italian crude steel output fell again in April, by 10.6% year-on-year to 1.7 million tonnes, local steelmakers’ association Federacciai confirms. In the first four months of the year, production slipped by 6% on-year to 7.1mt, Federacciai says in a note obtained by Kallanish.
