Italian HRC prices flatten in quiet market
The Italian hot rolled coil market is going quiet due to the imminent August holiday. While prices remain stable despite attempts by European producers to increase values in July, sellers are reporting improved demand and some restocking in July, albeit for low volumes, Kallanish notes.
