Italian unions organise strike at Ilva
The Ilva saga rumbles on and it is the trade unions in Italy who are now becoming belligerent.
The Federazione Impiegati Operai Metallurgici (Fiom) trade union says that it and other trade unions will now take strike action on 11 September at all the group’s factories. There will also be a protest demonstration at the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE).
