Chinese oil and coal output dips over January-February

China has seen its crude oil and coal production dip over January to February, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. Over the same period Chinese major manufacturing material costs have increased considerably compared with last year, Kallanish notes. Daily coal output has remained flat against last year although the total output dipped as 2016 was a leap year. Solid demand from thermal power generators meant coal prices began to turn up again…
