JFE Steel chooses new plate for monopile foundations
Japan’s JFE Steel has selected its “J-TerraPlate” large heavy steel plate for the first time for the production of monopile foundations, Kallanish notes.
The product is produced by the No.7 continuous caster at the Kurashiki Plant, which is located in the company’s West Japan Works.
