JFE Steel Corporation announced last week that it will expand the electrical steel sheet capacity of its West Japan Works in Kurashiki.
The start-up is targeted in the fiscal year beginning April 2026, compared to the previous forecast of start-up at the first half of the fiscal year starting in April 2024, Kallanish notes.
