JFE subscribes 3.75% stake in OM Holdings
Japanese steel firm JFE Shoji Corporation (JFE) has acquired a 3.75% stake in Australian ferroalloys supplier OM Holdings (OMH) for AUD 13.04 million ($8.59m), Kallanish notes.
OMH says in a statement that it has entered into a share subscription agreement with JFE pursuant to which the company has agreed to issue 27.63 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AUD 0.472 per share.
