Jiangsu Delong pushes Jiangsu Shente’s reorganisation
Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co. has established wholly-owned subsidiary Liyang Baorun Iron & Steel to promote the reorganisation of Jiangsu Shente and its four subsidiaries, Kallanish notes.
Jiangsu Delong injected CNY 300 million ($45.7m) into Baorun Steel’s registered capital, and the new company’s registered address is the same as that of Jiangsu Shente.
