Jianlong assumes control of Xining Special
Jianlong Group has become the controlling shareholder of Xining Special Steel, the latter says. Zhang Zhixiang, chairman of Jianlong, is now the actual controller of the company instead of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Qinghai Province.
