Jindal SAW pellet production falls, pipe output surges
Jindal SAW’s pipe output rose 21% on-year to 279,000 tonnes in the second fiscal quarter through September (FQ2). The company’s iron ore pellet production, however, dropped 27% to 264,000t.
Pellet production was lower on account of a one-month-long scheduled shutdown.
