Jingye completes capacity reduction
The government of Shijiazhuang Pingshan County, where Hebei Jingye Steel is located, has announced that the steelmaker closed a blast furnace and a converter in early October. It has thereby completed its 2020 production capacity reduction target, Kallanish notes.
