JSW joins United Nations Global Compact
JSW Steel has joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) initiative, aimed at taking responsible business action to create a sustainable world.
The UNGC encourages companies to conduct business responsibly by aligning their operations and strategies with the UN’s “Ten Principles”, JSW says. It also commits companies to take action to advance broader social benefits, by following the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
