JSW colour-coater acquires Ayena Innovation stake
JSW Steel wholly-owned subsidiary JSW Steel Coated Products (JSWSCPL) has entered into a shareholders and share subscription agreement with Ayena Innovation. Post-closing of the transaction, JSWSCPL will have 31% equity shareholding in Ayena, the steelmaker says.
