Kardemir improves billet sale volume at lower price
Kardemir published a new price list and opened domestic sales for billet on Thursday, Kallanish notes.
150mm square billet was decreased by $20/tonne to $545-555/t ex-works, excluding 18% VAT. This is compared to the previous list issued on 28 February.
Kardemir's billet sales reached around 55,000 tonnes, recording an improvement on the previous sales round’s volume of 45,000t. Kardemir closed billet sales at noon.
