Kardemir sells 20,000t rebar, closes sales
Kardemir published a new price list and opened sales for rebar and wire rod on Wednesday, Kallanish notes.
Rebar in diameters of 12-32mm and 36-40mm was each decreased by TRY 535/tonne ($19/t) to TRY 15,665/t and TRY 15,755/t, respectively, versus Kardemir’s previous list on 12 October.
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod have been decreased by $10/t to $570-610/t, from Kardemir's previous list on 9 October.
