Khorasan Steel appoints new ceo
Khorasan Steel has appointed Kasra Ghafouri its new chief executive, replacing Seyed Hossein Ahmadi who has retired, Kallanish learns from Iran’s fourth-largest steelmaker.
Khorasan expects to export 300,000 tonnes of billet and 100,000t of rebar in the Iranian year through 19 March 2020, according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro). Production is planned at 1.3mt for billet and 600,000t for rebar.
