Klöckner acquires US fabricator firm
Klöckner & Co says it has acquired Industrial Manufacturing Services (IMS), headquartered in Lancaster, South Carolina. The acquisition will be carried out through Klöckner’s US subsidiary, Kloeckner Metals Corporation (KMC).
