Korean steel import penetration grows again in 2016
Imports accounted for 41.6% of the South Korean steel market in 2016, up from 39.5% in 2015, Kallanish notes. This was the highest level since the 47.9% reached in 2010, according to the Korea Iron and Steel Association (Kosa).
