US excludes Korea, UK wire rod from case
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced that grade 1078 wire rod and higher tire cord quality wire rod from South Korea and the United Kingdom will be excluded from prior anti-dumping rulings.
“Excluded from the scope of the antidumping duty orders from Korea and the United Kingdom are grade 1078 and higher tire cord quality wire rod to be used in the production of tire cord wire,” says the DOC in a revised ruling.
