Kungang ignites blast furnace at relocated headquarters
Southwest China’s Kunming Iron & Steel (Kungang) ignited a 2,500 cubic-metre blast furnace on Monday and put it into production at its relocated headquarters in Anning Industrial Park, Kallanish notes.
The BF and other facilities were approved to be built as the second phase of Kungang’s new headquarters in 2016. The old Anning headquarters and Honghe Steel eliminated all equipment to supply quotas for the construction.
