Kyoei cancels stalled Vietnam longs' project
Japan’s Kyoei Steel has said it has cancelled its project to invest in a new longs mini-mill in northern Vietnam. The outlook for the much-delayed project became even bleaker after Kyoei took over a new mini-mill subsidiary a week ago, Kallanish notes.
