LatAm January steel exports to US rise sequentially
Latin America saw exports of steel products to the US increase on-month at the beginning of 2022. Shipments, however, were weaker year-on-year, according to preliminary January data issued by the US Census Bureau and monitored by Kallanish. Latin America in this context includes South and Central American countries together with Mexico.
