LatAm October crude steel production grows sequentially: Alacero
Latin America saw crude steel production rise month-on-month in October. Output, however, was weaker year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to the steelmakers’ association Alacero, regional crude steel production reached 4.95 million tonnes in October, up 200,300t on September’s volume of 4.75mt but down 8.7% on-year.
