Liberty speciality alloy surcharges majorly rise for November
Liberty Speciality Steels' alloy surcharges have increased overall again month-on-month for November 2017, Kallanish notes. The company has changed its method of presenting its monthly alloy surcharges. These are now reported by product only instead of by alloying element and product as previously done.
Presentation of the scrap surcharge remains the same. The new surcharges are valid from 29 October-25 November, the UK-based steelmaker confirms.
