Liberty Speciality alloy surcharges rise again for October
Liberty Speciality Steels' alloy surcharges have increased overall again month-on-month for October 2017, Kallanish notes. More specifically, five of the eight surcharges have risen and three are unchanged. The scrap surcharge meanwhile has risen again to another new high for 2017. The new surcharges are valid from 1-28 October, the UK-based steelmaker confirms.
