Liberty Speciality lowers alloy/scrap surcharges for December
Liberty Speciality Steels has lowered alloy surcharges for its listed products across the board month-on-month for December 2019, Kallanish notes. The UK company’s scrap surcharge for December falls again, albeit more modestly than it did in November.
The new surcharges are valid from 1 to 28 December 2019, the UK-based special steelmaker confirms.
