Liberty Speciality lowers bulk of February surcharges
The majority of Liberty Speciality Steels' alloy surcharges have fallen again month-on-month for February 2019, Kallanish notes. In a totally different pattern to most of 2018, surcharges for alloys with higher vanadium content have fallen, some quite significantly. The UK company’s scrap surcharge meanwhile has also fallen very firmly on-month for February.
